Some activities we did this week:
- Categorized angle types
- Played "Angle Tangle" in math
- Learned about the types of triangles
- Finished our persuasive essays!
- Practiced using a pan balance
- Explored the density of materials in relation to water
- Calculated the densities of several different materials using the formula D=M/V
- Formed theories and grew our ideas in reading by discussing
- Noticed how authors use pictures in nonfiction text to support the reader
- Read a Newsela article on obesity and fast food in our country and had a thoughtful and engaging class discussion
